Originally from Las Vegas, Jenny Sexton studied Interior Architecture and Design at UNLV.    

Upon graduating, Jenny began working on high-end luxury residential projects designing 10,000-square-foot homes along the coast of California. In 2014, she joined a prominent hospitality design firm in Santa Monica, where she began working on hotels and restaurants.

Jenny honed her insight into the world of hospitality design while working with Alliance Residential, on Sway, a luxury multi-family residential building in Santa Monica.  She also worked on the famous Surfjack Hotel in Waikiki, Hawaii, which made the cut for one of the hottest hotels in 2017 in the Condé Nast Traveler, UK.  Over the next year, Jenny completed a full renovation hotel project with Starwood in Vancouver, including a 212-key guest room tower and all public spaces.  

From there, Jenny focused on hospitality projects around the Los Angeles area with the Chin Chin Group, renovating five different restaurants and a boutique café in West Hollywood.  In 2017,  Jenny joined forces to work with the world-renowned design firm, Avro|KO to complete the 1 Hotel on Sunset Boulevard.  While working with Avro|KO, she led the design for all public areas including, the café, bar, lobby, and spa. 

In 2019, JS | Design Studio was established.  Every day she is inspired to create, design, and inspire others.
